Hey everybody! So I'm a bladesmith in the San Diego area, and I enjoy using actual "trash" to forge my blades, which I sell/auction for environmental charity. I guess it's a kind of cute little circle of life or what not, but I've had my eyes set on leaf and coil springs, but I'm not sure where to find them in the San Diego area for a cheap price. So if anyone living in the area could point me in the right direction it would really be greatly appreciated.

Up by Brown Field Municipal Airport there are several auto recycling and dismantling companies. Also some just off of Main Street, east of the 805 (Two 805 offramps North of the 905.) Best I can suggest.
