san fernando valley re-profiling

anyone know of a place for reprofiling and/or serration adding in the san fernando valley or hollywood in southern california? i saw on one of nutnfancy's videos on you-tube the place where he gets hi re-profiled but unfortunately he's located in Utah so its a bit out of my travel area.

I think Ross Cutlery would probably leave you the most satisfied, the drive is a little longer but from reviews they seem to be the place to go to.

how far is it from studio city?
 
101 south, im pretty sure there is a broadway exit just past the 110 transition (4 level).

head south. should be just south of 3rd street.
