San mai and Amboyna

Here is the second knife in my "whatever you want as long as you use san mai" order.

It is of course my san mai with a 1095 core. The handle is stabilized amboyna burl from burl source (thanks guys!)

The sheath is hand stitched leather with a stingray inlay.

Hope he likes it. I am pretty sure he will.

Very beautiful, Matt:thumbup: Your leather work is looking awesome lately, and I love the way your san mai patterns turn out.
 
I have really liked just about all of your knives, but........wow! This one has to be my favorite one yet.
 
Matt, I'm thrilled to be the the new owner of this knife, I've even cleared off a little space for it. :D

Thanks everyone... I tried to step it up on this one. I am happy with the stingray inlays, I should get some more stingray.
