A little San Mai action going on with some Ancient Bog Oak.
I've been using 420 Stainless for my San Mai jacket exclusively, for some time, after an in depth conversation with Ric Furrer, who was one of the instigators of this "movement" some years ago.
And, while having some on hand, I thought it would be a bit different to use 420 for all of the fittings as well!
1095 core and 420 San Mai jacket.
Octagonal Bog Oak handle in a full take-down assembly.
Full 10" blade, 15" OAL.
(This is for a dealer).
