I had this one photographed at the Blade Show and just got it back, I really like how it turned out.
San Mai blade 1095 core
Stainless guard

Hey, thanks so much, I'm glad you liked it. Yeah, that was me, she is learning fast, I'll post a picture of her next knife when she finishes it.
 
I love it! I'm always a sucker for san mai :D , and that handle sculpting is beatifully done, with just enough shaping to look great (and feel great I'm sure) yet you kept the transitions on it softer and more subtle which really flows nicely on this knife.

I do like peened pins, but I think this one looks great without one. The guard looks just right as well. Great work, your should share your knives here more often! Only 22 comments in over seven years, seriously!? :eek: :p
