San mai with mahogany.


A finished san mai cutter.
It is 20.5 cm long with a 10.5 cm long blade, which I forged of 5160, L6 and 1.2516. The handle is made of mahogany.

Yes it is. You can feel it with your fingertip. I like it this way, because it can not fade away with use and it also gives to the old world look, if you know what I mean
