My first knife for this year, san mai Chef knife.
The blade is suminagashi and white paper steel at 17.5cm long.
The handle is Raffir Ntangle Green, Birds Eye Black Cherry Burl spacer and Black Locust Burl
at 12cm.long.
For the saya i use swedish wood and rose wood.
