Greetings All,

Last week I attended a San Mai course at the New England School of Metalwork - Ben Seward was the instructor. He's not only a great instructor, but he plays a mean guitar and banjo! This is my first San Mai knife completed......hand forged to shape at the school, finished at my home shop. 9" OAL, 4 1/2" BL, .177" ricasso, sheep horn scales, black liners. All comments welcome.

V/R,

TK

Looks pretty Sweet too me, nice work and sounds like you had a great time as well.

Beautiful. How does it perform?

Thank you! Well, it's plain old 1095 core with 410 stainless, ground thin to .010 prior to sharpening. HT to Rc 60-61 - just getting ready to run it through its paces. :)

Thanks for the kind feedback fellas - much appreciated.

Very cool, really like the looks of that one.
