A shout out to Bill Burke for hooking me up with this fabulous san mai billet of 416 stainless surrounding a core of V-Toku 2 steel from Takefu. V-Toku 2 is pretty dang close to Blue 2 in composition, in case you were curious. The wood is stabilized Koa, held in place with SS corby bolts. Black g10 liners. Spine has been rounded and polished, as well as the choil. Edge has been thinned out already, and then blended into the blade finish. I think this is my best work to date, I'm happy with how it turned out. I am NOT happy with my photo taking ability, and hope to have better shots later this week.

Very nice looking chef's blade, would love to feel it in the hand.

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

STeven, thank you so much for the compliment, it fills the hand nicely, my hand anyway.

Dozier, thank you kindly! Always good to hear from you!
