San Mai

I have never made a knife with this material before so I figured I'd give it a go.









I think I like the results, I will have to make some more! The handle is cocobolo, the core is 52100. Thanks for looking

I did not make this. It was given to me I think the stainless is 304 with the 52100 as the core, I have it written down somewhere...
