I was welcomed so nicely by you nice folks and thought I might show this one. I dont know if it is OK as I know there is a Gallery but several asked so here it is. Let me know if this is not good etiquett (spell?). This is Mammoth tooth (stabilized by Charles Turner of Turnage productions) and bark ivory san mia Damascus skinner that has a blade length of 4 1/4 inch overall is 8 3/8 inch. Damascus pattern is double ribbon San Mia was made of 1095 and nickel and triple quenched with double draw.



 
It's not only OK to post photos here, it's encouraged.

I like the design. I don't recall seeing a knife with the ricasso and guard being the same width. I like it.
 
:cool: was there a reason why you decided to combine mammoth & bark ivory? I'd say that bark ivory on the full length of the handle would go better
 
I agree Bark by itself looks great but I had this great cut of bark and 2 small slabs of tooth and just though it might look good. Didnt want to waste either material.
