San Mia

guard seems a little oversized, by just a touch and without seeing a dead nuts profile view, the handle looks a titch longer than it should. Might be a perspective thing. I think a very slight radius would be a nice touch where the edge drops from the ricasso, instead of the straight line you got going on there. That subtle curve might keep the eye moving around a bit more, and lend more consistency of form already established by that beautifully curved clip and guard.

Otherwise, the knife has a nice consistency and general flow to it. It also has a brightness to it that I quite like.

I like it. I think the handle is about right but then again I have bigger hands and like a little longer handle but its always hard to tell from pics. I agree with Lorien on the radius on the edge primarily because I think it would go with the clip very well which has a nice long flow to it. Great looking blade.

Mike,
I enlarged the photo to the correct size.
I like the entire knife JUST the way it is.
The finish on the bolster, guard, and blade are very nice.
GREAT LOOKING KNIFE.

Mike I do have a question for ya. How do you go about grinding in your clip if you dont mind me asking. It has a nice flow to it and I have found on mine when I have tried it doesnt have that nice transition to it. Curious if you do it on the grinder or file and if you do it before or after you grind the bevel.

Thanks.

Thanks for the comments. I grind the bevels first then the clip, I grind the clip with a 5" wheel.

Nice knife Mike!!! :) Very pretty...

I like it also Mike

Not much to dislike

If I had to comment on anything and because it is a lamination line not a temper line this is just personal taste I would prefer the lamination line be not as close to the edge in spots and a slightly smaller guard

But again these are just personal preferences

All on all a very distinctive blade and I'm digging it
