One of the scales on my 3.5 is a bit on the rough side. Anyone know what grit is a good stopping point for micarta? The scales on my 4.1 are perfect so I'd like to end up with something like. Thanks for any input.

It seems like this sort of thing pops up in the knife makers forums every now and then. I couldn't say except that I've read to always wear a dust mask with that stuff. Good luck and let us know what you find out.
