I just got a BRKT Canadian Special, and just let me say, its amazing. Having said that, what makes me posts this is that i recieved it with an almost unusable last 1/2 inch of the edge to the tip. Now i know these blades are semi handmade so alittle imperfection is not a big deal to me at all. My real question is about the sandpaper used to maintain the convexed edge. i have the KSF strop and compounds but this calls for some sandpaper first. My question is where do you guys get your really high grit sandpaper. The highest i can find locally is 600 and im looking for 1000 up to 2000 grit. Im sure i can find it online but i wanted to check and see if it can be found somewhere locally first. Thanks in advance!
