Sandvik 13c26?

As in the Storms from Kershaw. These things sell like hotcakes if hotcakes were reasonably priced pocket knives. But what is this steel? I could really use some basic info (carbon count, chromium, vanadium?) They don't need any help selling, but ...should I get one?
So cheap!
