Sanremu thumb stud

Use two pliers to unscrew them. Put some leather/rubber to prevent damage to the stud.

They are also loctited, so heating up prior to unscrew is easier.

I did without rubber, or heating up, it came out, with some scratches on the stud, which is ok with me.
