Santa gave me a new CUB. I like it.

nice! i got to use reuben's (the designer of that knife) personal knife when he was here and i liked it a lot. it was hanging on my belt for several hours during the two overnighters...he's lucky he was able to go back home with it :p

That's Cool you got to do that JV. I bet you get one before to long. Now I have Reuben's and Brian's , knives that they designed . My 2 favorite writer's.:eek:
Now I just need Mud to make me a leather sheath like RB's .:D
 
That's a useful looking knife. I have my eye on the trekker lite. Looks like the same handle.
 
That's a great little knife, if it was about half the price I would go for one. As is it's more expensive than the BOB. I would still like one of course. ;)

I'm lucky I managed to come home with it, that was close.

I think it is # 265 . I don't have it with me right now . Will check it out when we get back home. I like it a lot I have used it on wood to make shavings. and a friend gave me a Duck and I used it to clean it with .I like the scales and the grind on this one.

O.K. Reuben . I checked and I do have NO. 265 Tops C.U.B. Man # 4 is a real low number. Anyway thanks for designing such a cool knife.

I've played with a few. Truth is, I didn't see anything wrong with some of the knives that have been out for a long time...I still like my Mora 2/0, Martinni Bait knife and Old Hickory paring knife.
