This is how I learned to hate S30V:

Vegetable Chopper.

7 by 2" S30V Paul Bos heat treat. Hand rubbed finish.

California Buckeye

Dovetailed, 416 Bolsters

Distal taper and bevel continue all the way back thru the tang. Kind of a Japanese thing.
