SAO spring question

Greetings all.
Have any of you had the spring break in an sao htm? I got a 3" madd maxx and the spring broke closest to the back of the knife. I had the same issue a while back with my sao expendables folder. I returned the expendables folder to the dealer. I really love the Maxx. I call htm and they are sending me parts.
 
I can't recall any posts reporting broken springs in the time I've been on the forum, let alone had it happen with one of my knives. Sounds like some really, really bad luck that you had it happen to you not once but twice!

But yeah, as you found out, HTM will take care of you if you ever if you ever need a replacement spring.
 
Thanks Neuron! I guess it's just my super luck! I can't wait to fix it. It flips out pretty well, but I LOVE the sao action.
