Received my new SAR 6 LE today.

I thought, for something different, I would post a few photos using it to prep some Hog...

It's a Sweety.

I'm think I'm up to like 13 Busses, now...

Those ribs look darn good...that SAR-6 looks good too.

That knife slid through those ribs like they were butter. It is razor sharp.
