SAR3 red pics

I was hesitant on pulling the trigger on the SAR3 with red G-10 scales. However, see arrived and I was/am quite surprised with her. The red grips do not "pop" like the SOW does. Possibly due to the double cut blade finish not having near the contrast as does the SOW with the satin finish.

The SAR3 Red G-10 and double-cut finish are surprisingly a great combination, IMHO.

Even though the grips appear to be the same color, the SAR3 combi is much more pleasing than the SOW

nice! thanks! was wondering how the looked together. I always wasted a sow but would probably change the g10 color.

The lighting really does make a big difference in the pics.. That first pic of yours is
true to the actual color. I totally agree that the finish and the color of the grips look really good together! I too was hesitant, because in the first few pics that Skunk gave, it looked Orange.... Now, I wish I would have ordered a couple more. Too bad all of the blades in the SAR line aren't available in that red,with the same finish...

BTW, I like that SOW ya have there.I might have to track one of them down...
I think I may have a newly acquired taste for red.........:thumbup:
