I like users, but apparently was asleep when both of these little piggies went to market. I'm almost sure Aliens abducted me but thats another story

Would appreciate some comparative photos, reviews, etc from those who were there and scored both

Thanks in advance Pokechops :thumbup::D;)

Here's another perspective:

While I like the Boss Street for what it is, I prefer the SAR-3 hands down for EDC use. I prefer carrying smaller blades and, for me, the B.S. is just waaayyy too much to lug around every day. Even though the B.S. has the edge (if you'll pardon the pun:o) when it comes to the very comfy grip, the S-3 is just easier to carry and is stout enough to handle anything I'm likely to throw at it while still being a decent cutter.

Boss street is just a little more knife than the SAR3 is. Its longer, heavier, and actually feels better in my hand by far. For EDC on your belt and routine cutting jobs the SAR wins (for me) because its more compact, lighter, easier to carry, and brings less unwanted attention than a larger blade. If I needed a bit more blade, and for prolonged use, the BS moves up a step due to the comfort of use and the feeling of security that a slightly larger blade provides me. The BS always reminds me of "old school" design and just a really comfortable and very capable blade. Of course they will both outlast a normal man's lifetime of use. It just comes down to intended use, desired look, and individual preferences. Thats why we can never have just one! I have both as users and they are not going anywhere. The fact that you can buy a boss street direct might help with the decision if money is a driving force.

I like them both, ergonomics are excellent, fit perfectly in the hand for me, that being said, I find the Sar3 as my goto edc as its size is ideal attached to the pack at the shoulder strap, the B.S. is a bit to large to ride at that position.

do all SAR-3 Models from al batches have the .160" thick blade?
Or are there some with thicker or smaller blades?
