Hi all,

I've got a SARK, and its beautifully made.

But, in the closed position, the blade's front portion seemed to be resting against one of the scales. As such, when I deploy the blade, the front portion scraps against the titanium liner inside. I figure sooner or later, the Ti coating on the blade is going to get scrapped off.

Is there a way to remedy this?

It's probably hitting the liner with the lock in it, right?

Look inside and you'll see the secondary detent on the opposite liner (against the blade). It's been found that if you disassemble the knife, and tweek that detent in just a hair (giving the blade less pressure from the detent) and reassemble, the problem can be fixed.
