Does anyone know if a Spec Opps Sheath will fit the Sarsquatch. I see there specs stating 8" blade, 1 3/4 wide, 1/4 thick on the sheath. The Sarsquatch is almost 2 inches wide. But I have seen people sell them with a Spec Opps Combat Master Sheath either on here or ebay !!! Any info would be helpful.

the squatch has a wide blade. you'll almost certainly have to heat and stretch the liner

I dont wanna get into stretching. I just want a good heavy duty sheath that is not the I'll scratch your blade kydex. Perhaps I will wait until the fall when my shop is up and make my own from heavy leather. Thanks for the help and info !!!

British Army bayonet frogs work well for all mid-sized busses including the Sarsquatch. I don't want to link anything here as it might be considered auction spotting. If you google 'british army bayonet frog' and you find something that looks like the pic below then you're there. I think you can get these for about $6.

All sheaths scratch knives. I've got scratches and coating wear from kydex and just plain ole scratches from leather. Of course the leather and kydex scratches are usually contaminants but you know where I'm headed.
