I believe it is Satanite. K&G has it too.

You can also get it from mine supply companies in bulk, but I have forgotten what it is called, other than refractory cement.

I thought about your question last night.
I should have had the courtesy to answer you more thoroughly.
I have been doing temper lines on blades since 1994 to be precise.
