Satin and general INFI care?

I should have my first piece of INFI at my door when I wake up, a BWM LE:D So I was wondering what I need to do to care for it. Do I need to put a light coat of oil on it, use Neverdull etc. Also, I plan on beating the crap outta this thing ASAP, what is a good way to clean it up after heavy abuse?

Can't wait to try to kill this thing to see what the hype is all about:)

Saturday I'll be smoking salmon and running the still:eek: all day, so the abuse will have to wait until Sunday!
 
What I do with mine is after using it spray it down with WD-40 and use a toothbrush to clean the blade. Wipe off the excess with a rag and your are good to go.
 
I just clean mine up in the sink with soap and water. INFI doesn't really need oiling.

Like guy, sink with soap and water and a dish brush.

Satin finish users will see scratches, nothing you can do about it, but they sure are fun.
