Gimmejr,

This pic is for you. You said you've never seen a satin BIBB before ;)
This one sports a full flat grind and a larger swedge. The spine thickness is now .140 like the thin Game Wardens!
It is now more like a light camp knife/mini machete/fighter! Wickedly fast!

Thin is the way to go for me! Others like them fat :p

Thin has many advantages

Now my next project is gonna be some sort of BM Machete!!!!!

Ill be sure and give a good review to you guys once I get a hold of these two knives. I think he personally likes sniffing all the Infi dust flying around his shop whiles grinding them down.

hehe... INFI dust is good stuff man!

Here is a pic of the BIBB after stripping. Underneath the BIBB blank is a NO-E. This one had the nicest finish of all the knives I stripped. It looks like it has been beadblasted before at some point. You can still see the busse logo.

Me thinks that this use to be a Zero Tolerance Steelheart blank. The BIBB handle is a modded Ergo handle.

All the euro handled Busse's were made from ergo handled knives. Like my Eu-17's. The Magnum is made from a BM-e, the regular from a SH-e and the mini from a NO-e. Here's a pic:

Some of the coolest pictures I have seen in a while!!
Did you re-do the tube fasteners yourself?

Cool pix, cool work, cool observation. Amazing what Jerry can do fiddling with one or two sections of a blade making it into something completely different.

Nice work! Show us that BM when you get done, too! That sounds like a winner to me.

Once again Ban... that's some really nice work you've done!

Thanks for sharing... keep'em comin'! :D

Yes, I redid them myself as per Wicked's instruction in one of his threads. I slightly modified the screwhead countersink to be easier to work with. That is a great thread BTW. It is a must read for anyone wanting to tinker with their busse knives.

Pbubsy,
Well I guess that confirms what I was thinking! Did Jerry tell you that all the Euro handles knives are from the Ergo Series?
