Satin or Double Cut AMS?

I love my satin but I think I'm going with double cut on this one. I just love the way a polished edge contrasts a double cut blade for a carry knife.

Will someone post picks of double cut please?!

Obviously, no one has the AMS yet, let alone in double cut, but here are a few Busse knives with that finish:

Thanks for the pics Jaxx!! I hadn't seen any double or single cut Busse knives. Which cut has bigger dimples?

Abizzybomb, the answer to your question is neither, for there is no "single cut" process at Busse... What I mean is that "Double Cut" is really a twice beat blasted process with 2 different sized blasting mediums that "cuts" the first time, and then "seals" on the second blasting with smaller medium. The result is a bead blasted finish that is super smooth to the touch and yet still being non-reflective like a single bead blast process.

The pic with the knife that has the dimples is really in the outer surface of the INFI steel, not because of the double cut finish. :) They are referred to as INFI dimples. Had the Shop ground down the thickness a little more, the dimples would have been ground out and left behind a consistently smooth surface.

I see! Thanks again Jaxx. I've know of Blade Forum for a while now but, I've just recently registered and started posting. Busse is the only reason I'm here. I love there knives! I'm just trying to learn as much as I can about them. For example I didn't know about the Custom Shop and still don't know how to order a CS knife... Otherwise I may have gone that route with the TGLB I ordered. I'd imagine they are quite a bit more expensive though.

Now that I've seen the cupidganza offering, I'm thinking double cut with red/black G10. Too bad Jerry didn't bump up the Rc on this one.
