Satin pivot screws?

Hey, everyone. I was wondering what is the best way to remove the coating from the pivot screws of my Emerson? I have seen some people do it to their knives here and it looks pimpin!

Would a paint stripper work well? Or should I sand it? And if I do have to sand it what grit sandpaper would you recommend?

Buy some medium grit Scotchbrite, wrap the screw threads with tape and chuck the threads up in a drill. Make sure that the Scotchbrite doesn't move and gently push the head of the screw onto it. Take it easy when you do it.
