I had this up for sale previously but then decided to give the scales & clip a satin finish. It worked out pretty well using 320-grit paper & a lot of time in front of the tv making titanium dust (especially the lock-bar, what a PITA!!!). 320-grit means it's a nice satin look but not too shiny & is easy to touch up if it gets any scratches. I left the bead-blast on the edges of the scales for contrast. Lock-up is deal solid at about 50% across the tang. I also sanded down the pointy tip of the thumbstud to a more comfortable dome shape. Looking for $325 shipped priority w/tracking #, USPS MO only on this one thanks. Not loo0king for trades (unless you have something really interesting).
EDIT - steel is s30V. Birthday was 2/06/07. I should add that while working on the scales I lost the pivot bushing so I had to send it into CRK for a replacement - they won't mail that replacement part out for some reason - so it's been freshly reassembled, lubed and sharpened by the CRK spa. Has box, papers, lanyard, allen wrench.
