I have been having a delica for some weeks and an endura for some days.
Needless to say, I am quite happy with both knives. The delica fits my hand very well and I am satisfied with the fit and quality of both knives in relation to their prices. Also the customer service. This seems like a well run company.
The endura didn't seem to fit my hand that well, but it's ease of opening with the shake and flick method makes up for this.
The dinky little delica is great for eating fruits, but I think I made a mistake in getting the endura in plainedge. When I used it to open a coconut(my wife's health food)I started to think that it would have been easier with serrations.
No doubt the next knife I order is going to be serrated.
