I went out with my buddy and fellow forum member Satsumatengu today and as promised took some pics of his awesome new Rodent 4 !
I figured I'd take a couple of my Rats along to give you some comparison pics.
First off the Rodent 4 in it's custom sheath from the talented Rainwalker ~
ST was really impressed with the type of tec-lok used by Rainwalker !
As you can see ST has added some extra stuff to the sheath, hopefully he will add to this post and tell you more about that.
A in-hand shot, that's ST's hand.......mine are a lot prettier !
And a pic of it next to my M6 and SwampWarden ~
The Rodent 4 is great sized knife, the balance feels awesome and the ratio of blade to handle length seems just right. My Ratmandu is pretty much my idea of knife perfection but the Rodent 4 gives it a real run for the money !
I've read some posts where some people were a little unsure about the handles on the Rodent line, for what it's worth I thought the handle felt great. The odd shape just seems to melt into your grip, I like it !:thumbup:
