Now that is beautiful. I do so wish I was one of those people who can say responsibility? I don't need no stinkin' responsibility. Unfortunately I am a toothless bystander to the debauchery. Whoever gets this coming home to them is one heck of a lucky camper. Can't wait to see who wins the sharking.
 
Bawanna, I did ems, but I second guessed it. I really like the Cherokee Rose, and I think I'll just wait for when one becomes available. The YCS can wait, depends. I love Lok's work a lot, but after you posted pics of your YCS Bowie, I just can't stop thinking about it, if that's not a sign, I don't know what is. Right? Of course, if this YCS is still there tomorrow morning, I might just have to take that as a sign too...:)

yeah I definitely want a cherokee rose bowie-- but my funds are DOA :o-- everyone should own at least one YCS, perhaps two.
 
OMG...I want it, I doing my best not to buy it. I know Auntie is opening up a lot of things and I don't want to deplete my funds yet. I am REALLY waiting for an 18-24 inch something that weights between 18-26oz respectively... What I am saying is I want a perfect fighter before I spend another dime

Soooo if you're listening Auntie,I got like $300 to spend and I want a once per inch fighter. Please ohhh please look through your bag of goodies or if anyone else wants to separate from one of their once per inch blades... I doesn't have to be a true once per inch, I don't mind and extra 1 or 2 ounces especially if its a 24incher.

Hmmm...looking for that magic inch per ounce, they do pop up from time to time, so keep an eye out. Rajkumar used to do quite a few, and I think Sher and Kumar can do them too. They are definately fast blades, I've got one, a 25" Kumar Kobra at 26.5 oz, great blade, it's my go to zombie killer :)
 
I think we all seek out those super light blades-- I was doing my regular stuff with the collection and measured and weighed my uddha HI sword; it feels light as a feather, by lachhu and is 22 inches long at 21 ounces. one of my padam spring knives is 17 inches and 16 ounces( but I cant find it)

and all my custom orders are requested to be an ounce under per inch -- but the kami do what they can and I will take it whatever they manage :D ( sometimes it happens , sometimes it doesn't)

if you want a fast ycs get a foxy folly--- otherwise a heavy ycs is pretty nice

I didnt notice till now but theres two YCS up. Sno got the first and this is still up for grabs? Im with Cul on that YCS Bowie. Bawannas pics pushed me over the fence as well. Those YCS are very cool tho. Id like to get me another one for user and keep my Yuvraj YCS nice and shiny. I think that Bowie is up top of my list as well now. Thanks Bawanna;)

I'm a bit confused about what is going on with the YCS' (Lachhu's and LOK's)

I ems on Lachhu's... Got an email saying it was already gone, then got one more mail saying there is another Lachhu's. That I took.
And today a LOK.

All these beautiful YCS' are making me dizzy.

Save me a dent in the wallet and pick up Lok's too! I don't know how much longer I can hold out.
 
so many names, they get mixed up sometimes-- better ems soon if you missed last one, everyone here eyeballing this
 
I've been sending emails to Auntie trying to buy any of these YCS khukuris, but I haven't gotten any response. Not sure what's going on?

I got the done deal from my orginal email last night, but I decided to wait for another one, I just sent auntie a reply to her "done deal", and she should be offering it to the next in line, I hope it is you!

Auntie just cancelled my "done deal", you should be receiving the "DD" soon, if your next in line.

Apparently I got one... Not sure if it's the first one from Cul, an extra one OR Lok's :-)
It's so tense, it reminds me the soaps from 70's weekdays. Can't wait for tomorrow's next episode.

Well, not exactly. I got one and I'm happy. :cool:
 
Well, Auntie finally replied and said that she had a YCS for me, too. Not sure if it's the Lok kami one in this post or not, I guess I won't know until it gets here, but I'll be happy with any of them.

I am 98% sure it's the Lok one. Because it's the last one she has, and when I notified her that I was taking myself out of the running, she said that she had sold it to another forumite who requested to buy it after I did.
