Here is a beautifully done BAS made and marked by Bura and is considerbly better than mil spec. The only thing wrong with this khukuri is for some reason one strip of brass inlay on the left side of the blade is missing. Why I don't know but because it is not there you save $25.

So, take this near perfect saatisal handle BAS for $75 delivered to your door.

Call or email if interested.

To tell you all the truth I don't really like the inlay to begin with. I wouldn't mind if it were missing on both sides.

I agree to a point.I like it on the thin blades like the sirupati, but im not really a fan of the inlay on normal and bigger blades. But ill probably change my mind tomorrow...

SOMEBODY BUY THIS ONE !!!!! Please!!
What a time to be low on cash!
Bill do you take kids for trade on khukuris?
I have three really nice kids and they don't eat much.
Terry

I don't know about the kids Terry, but maybe he would take some of those reptiles. I'm sure Bill could use a nice snake!

It's kind of fun when it doesn't sell for a while isn't it? You can just feel the pressure building up across the country!

Relax, guys. There will always be future opportunities and you will have your chances at them.

Harry

It is a really beautiful and very well make knife. Bura does excellent work generally and tries to stick to specs pretty closely.

Harry got it along with the tarwar -- a couple of winners are headed north to Canada.

We will have more, stay tuned.

Thanks for offer of kids, Terry, but I have been thru that hassle and am not up to it again. Maybe that big and very quiet lizard!
