I can't tell...looks to be a personal item. Not a G.I. knife...

No it wasnt a military knife it was a bowie type knife with stag/leather handle.It may have been a Marbles type knife or a English sheffield blade.

I don't know if we are thinking of the same knife, but I seem to remember that the sniper guy was wearing a Randall with a stag handle. Could be wrong though.
