Saw a neat knife the other day, now I cant find it....help!

I saw a knife on a forum the other day that was a "two position" fixed blade. Meaning it could be short or long, as some of the blade is stored in the handle.

I have been unable to google it or forum search anything relevant...

It's pretty old concept, usually it was on "fighting" knives
(IIRC it was used for some bayonets as well)

I read the article, interesting concept for a neck knife.

It is like the Butch Vallotton Custom, but I thought a manufacturer was producing it.
