I'm looking for a traditional folder with a wood saw blade. I have a Vic Farmer that I love. Other than the Schrade Buzzsaw trapper, do you know what trappers or stockman may have a saw blade? I think I may have seen a sodbuster with a saw.

Eye Brand has a sodbuster with a saw and stag scales. A pretty attractive looking knife from the looks of it.
 
I have an old 5" Camillus lockback with a sawblade on it. "Official Boy Scout Knife" etched on the blade. You can probably find one on eBay for a fair price.

I just asked this question, but I came up with these:

Boker hunter with saw
eye brand sodbuster
case hunter trapper
schrade 970T
remington has a trapper with a saw blade too
 
puukkoman - yup, almost identical. The sawblade looks a little different, otherwise it's the same as my BSA knife, just different shields & stamps. Same scale material/color, bolster, etc.

It wouldn't surprise me if the more recent sawblades were designed to be less aggressive. The one I have just mauls through 2x4's. Great saw, but VERY aggressive. My only complaint is that it's a little loose (Brand new knife), although the looseness doesn't affect the sawblades' job.

I investigated this knife, odered it from Collector Knives . Net :thumbup:, and just received it today.

This thing is HUGE!! and Heavy. I was EDCing a Spyderco Endura today and used it to open the Sodbusters packaging...it dwarfs the Endura.

Saw is pretty aggressive, blade is sharp out of the box...but it's huge. Not afraid to use this as a worker.
 
Let us know how it works out for you. Maybe even a few images if you can manage to do so. :thumbup:
 
One of these would do the job one way or the other. Needs a pen blade for manicure work though. :thumbup:;)
