Saw Question

I'm looking for a new bowsaw with a blade of at least 48" and hoping someone knows who sells such saws. I have a 36 incher but want something longer. I'm not quite ready to spring for the expensive 4-5 ft. Tuatahi crosscut saws available from Bailey's.

Not a bowsaw but, the Crosscut Saw Company has one man saws in that size range for just over $100. You can get either tuttle tooth for hardwoods or perforated lance tooth for softwoods.

Thanks for the reference! Those are nice looking saws at substantially lower prices than the Tuatahis. I'll have to give them some serious consideration.
