Saw steel fighter

Finished this one up yesterday. 10 1/2" saw steel blade, ironwood instead of my usual wrought iron and a real nice piece of sambar stag for the handle. 15 1/2" overall with a 8 1/2" false edge. Oval guard is 5160. Knife weighs 16oz.

Nice knife, Ray. Wicked blade. The ironwood proportions work really well with the stag. Good eye.

Oooooo! Hot damn! I love it when someone finally shows a picture of a blade like that with a nicely tapered fine point. I get tired of seeing so many blades that looked like they started out like yours, and then someone broke an inch off the point and crudely resharpened it.
