Anybody had any experience with Sawmill Cutlery knives? They're advertised now & then in the Smokey Mountain catalogs. They appear to be full tang & if the steel is good would seem to be good cheap field knives - I tend to lose things  . I'm mainly interested in the small skinner.
Thanks.

The one I bought felt good in the hand. It was marked as stainless from Pakistan. The copy suggests that it is like Anza (made from a file), but it isn't
unless they have access to stainless steel saw blades and/or files.

I bought the bowie and it worked pretty well for the price but the shealth are not worth much, I made a good one and that took care of it.

I bought one of the folders and wasn't impressed. The construnction left alot to be desired and the edge holding was terrible, imo. But, hey, even that's ok for 7 dollars. Can't expect too much, just mad that they BS'ed about the file steel. As far as I can tell, it is just textured to look like an Anza knife.
