Sawteeth - no teeth

I know the sawteeh - no teeth option is available - I have a #14 with such and I really like the spearpoint look. Is this also available on the No.1?

Loki, I just called Scott Maynard, Randall shop supervisor, for the current Randall shop policy on Sawteeth/No Sawteeth. Yes, this option is available on the Model 1 as well as any other model that has sawteeth as an option. Mainly Models 1, 5, 14, 15, 16 and 18 and the one's I have missed. The Models 14, 15, 16 and 18 are the only ones that finish out having a spear blade. The Models 1 and 5 will still look pretty much like the standard blades for that model. //// Rhett Stidham.

Loki, I just received a e-mail form Gary at the shop concerning your question that Rhett responded to earlier. Gary added this comment to what Scott said.
The blade will be a slightly different shape with the Saw teeth/no teeth option but it will be a blade that is MUCH harder to sharpen on the top edge than the standard blade. Hope this helps out. Greg
