Old school looking blade. I always liked the seax blades and have only attempted one which didnt come out. Ive been doing some research to try and make one similar to some of the artifacts guys have. There are several knife makers that have a small collection of seax artifacts which is some good info to look up if you wanted to go down that route.

Your leather work is great, really nice braid on the handle. I personally would be leary of the thinner strands for the belt attachment but that is just me I tend to try and over build everything.
 
It's blade from old drawing knife (strickle - scraper - adz) I like use old blades in my work.
