And here is the little guy. I know it has rust on it. I don't think it is too bad however. I wanted to try a bit of a smaller size, check it out see how I like it. I think that overall it is in good condition. I didn't see any cracks in the bone. The blades are full. The scale to bolster looks to be pretty good. And I think I can clean this little 'un up pretty nicely. What do you all think?

Looks in darn good shape - the blades look quite full with very little sharpening - nice 3 dot (1977 I believe). BTW, that's delrin, not bone (notice the shield - no oval around the CASE) - expect to have at least one scale with a short "crack" from the center pin to the spring (totally typical on older knives with delrin scales - doesn't hurt anything though). Good grab!

It is a good score, I was watching that one. I am funny though, I do not trust anyone who wants 8 dollars to ship. Call me strange, but I gotta be me! I will pay about 6 dollars for shipping max for a small slipjoint. I have a 6244 with six dots, and the delrin has a small crack just like zerogee said, he is dead on, knows his shtuff.

Man that is DELRIN??? Crap. I thought it was bone. I've been trying to get a bone one. Oh well though. I'll deal with it. It does look great overall. I'm excited about it. And sorry 2brothers. Maybe next time?

No worries.
I ended up getting a few Schrade Cope models and an 897UH on the bay.
Also have a nice Case Trapper coming from another forum.
It's been a good week. :)
