In the movie "Cobra" Stallone takes a custom knife out of his back pocket, and opens it similar in that fashion. Although he did it slow but seemed to work quite well :)

This is what happens with #$*@! tip-down carry. Try not to cut any fingers off!

Neat trick though...I think I got it down, but my knife doesn't open easily enough to get it with the ring finger (yet, anyway).

Well I took the bandaids off first so you could see my fingers better.

Next week I may only have three left so I needed some pictures to remind me what they looked like if I lose some of them.

Someday if my fingers are intact I will do a video and post it somewhere.
