GURO Jeff, is the address correct? is it east or west 18th street.

Location: 195 18th street (bet 4th and 5th avenue)
apt 2

This address would be near Irving place near the bike shop. that means either it is Park Ave South(FORMERLY KNOWN AS 4TH AVE) and Irving Place or Irving Place and 3rd ave on the east side.

west side it will be between 6 and 7th aves, closer to 7th ave.

just want to make sure people don't get lost or miss this opportunity.

Judging by the 4th Ave reference it's East. However, 195 E. 18th St puts it somewhere between 3rd Ave and Irving Pl. according to Mapquest.
