This is the only picture I have, this is the one that has been put in desert camo
I was waiting for the go ahead to put it out and I just got it.
1/4 cpm 3v RC.59
16 long
9 1/4 x 4 1/2 head
full tang, this one has g-10 scales ( all ones after this have carbon fiber handles)
weighs in just under two pounds.

That is way cool. It looks like a modern interpretation of the traditional "Head Hunters' " axe ( I forgot the proper name for the Highland peoples that utilized that style of axe I think it is Igo_ _ something. Anyway like I said that is a nice axe. Do you have a website or catalog available? I would like to see one in a nice tough plain Carbon Steel with a durable coating to inhibit rust and a cord wrap option to hold down cost for us poor folks.

As far as a cord wrapped handle on a hawk goes , and this is just my personal experience and opinion but I would never put cord wrap on the handle of a live tomahawk.I have used 2 different styles w/cord wrap both for chopping some wood and digging a trench to bury some cord, niether job was finished offf with the hawk they were quickly retired.
Stay tuned for the smaller version of this same style.

The Pakundangan (Ifugao elders) refer to this as a "gaman" or battle axe.
