...and boy oh boy is it a sweetie. Instant new favorite. Packs a mean blade in a relatively small footprint (see the comparison to the Hinderer full size Eklipse for reference.)

Ergos are perfect. I've sat on the fence for a couple years wanting to try an SBD but not being sure which variant I wanted. I'm not real big on front flippers. The reverse flick is my jam but I prefer Bowie/clip blades to drop points. Adding a traditional flipper tab to this model was a very good choice.

Blade is ground superbly thin. Action is impeccable and it's gonna get even better with skiffs when they arrive tomorrow (I'm gonna try both thick washers and bearings to see if the thick washers will work as well as they do in that Eklipse. The Eklipse has positively the smoothest glassiest action I've ever seen on a knife and I would challenge any other knife to a smooth-off with it, no hesitation.)
