My bow saw will beat your knife in the wood department. I hate to see knives used like that. There are much better chopping tools than a knife.

It is a great looking blade and would be perfect for cleaning large game. Let's see some elk gutting/skinning pictures and leave the 2x4's to the woodworkers.

Umhh... you're right. Agreed! But it's just a little test to know the edge holding and easier for me.

Thanks for posting. I enjoyed seeing the pictures also. Nice looking Scagel style. Curves in all the right places.

Do you also make posts on the Thai knife forum? I saw some info. and pictures of a Burke clip point hunter and Fowler bowie there, wish I could read the comments. :confused:

BTW: Can't go wrong with Fowler and Burke :D

Thai elk huh? Might be a bit hard to find.
