I like it also! The deep belly is nice and handle materials! I was spark testing some big rasps today for a project!

Hallo america.
My name is Maik. I´m new here in bladeforums. I make knives since over 30 years. I´m a east german boy, learn that forging from my grandpa and later as my job.
Knivemaking with "lowtech" was normally for us. Customer had to bring their own material. Living exchange of trade!
This scagelstyle knive is handforged from 1095 steel, Blade is 4,5" long,1,5" high. Lenght over all is ca. 9".
Hadle materials are from brass, fiber, leather and red deer cron stag.
Thanks for comments.
Maik
