Handle is elk antler with stacked leather, nickel silver, G-10, and camel bone spacers. Sheath is 8-9 ounce tooling leather with western diamond back rattle snake inlay, the sheath also has a red kydex layer as added protection to the wearer, and is also lined with pig skin to prevent scratches to the blade. You might be attributing the influence of this knife to Bill Scagel because of the stacked handle but you shouldn't. What you have created here is a thing of beauty with a sheath that more than just compliments the knife. I have owned a Scagel knife and seen several, God knows they were not things of beauty. On the other hand they were some of the sharpest and well balanced knives I have ever held....PERIOD! Thank you for posting this work of art it is indeed worthy of praise. r.cordell
